Ian brings 25+ years of experience in modelling, decision support, and systems thinking across defence, security and infrastructure. At Aeris-UK, he defines strategic direction and leads the development of AI systems that are practical, responsible and engineered for challenging environments.
Kelvin Yeung, CTO
A chartered engineer and full-stack machine learning expert, Kelvin leads AI model development and deployment at Aeris-UK. His focus is building robust, efficient intelligence that performs under operational constraints, from limited hardware to mission-critical environments.
Natasha Zheltovskaya - Head of Growth
Natasha drives Aeris-UK’s business development and strategic partnerships. With a strong background in technology consulting and commercial strategy, she builds relationships that expand our reach and impact. Her focus is on connecting innovative solutions to real-world needs, ensuring that Aeris-UK delivers value where it matters most.
Dr Paul Bieringer, Chair
Based in the US and Managing Director of Aeris LLC, Paul supports Aeris-UK’s scientific direction and strategic planning. With 20+ years of experience in applied science and algorithm design, he ensures that our systems remain aligned with demanding technical requirements.
