Project Highlights
FlexLLM: Adaptive AI for mission-critical chatbots
In environments where the cloud can’t follow, intelligence still had to keep up. We built a scalable AI framework that delivers real-time, role-specific support – from fully offline deployments to secure developer platforms. We didn’t just shrink a model – we rethought how assistance works under pressure. Now, intelligence works wherever the mission is.

DISCERN: Rethinking neural networks for energy-efficiency
In space, cyber defence or remote systems, there’s no room for bulky AI. With domain insight from Actica Consulting, Aeris-UK reimagined neural architectures to deliver energy-efficient intelligence that works without cloud access. Now, decisions happen where the signal stops – fast, autonomous and at the edge.

SATORI: System Risk Modelling
In complex operational systems, one failure rarely stays in one place. Working with lead partner Actica Consulting, Aeris-UK developed a modular simulation framework that reveals how disruptions ripple through interconnected environments – and how to stay ahead of them. It gives teams system-wide insight without heavy technical overhead – helping them pinpoint vulnerabilities, test mitigations and plan smarter, more resilient operations.
HEROES: Scalable AI for Autonomous Mission Management
In a dynamic, multi-agent setting where communication was limited and plans couldn’t stay fixed, we built an intelligent tasking system that let agents decide for themselves – and still act as one. Our layered AI enabled distributed systems to adapt, prioritise and keep going, even when parts dropped out. What was once too brittle for the real world became scalable, resilient autonomy – ready for defence, security and any domain where conditions shift fast and decisions matter.
Intelligent UAV search in uncertain environments
Our US sister company needed real-time UAV guidance – without cloud access or heavy onboard compute – for a government client. We built an ML-guided system that plots search paths through uncertainty, delivering intelligence at the edge. Where the map runs out, the model takes over – search that works without servers, built for UAVs in the wild.
